She has been creating websites and graphics for small businesses since 2002 and began a Print of Demand Publishing Service to her clients in 2008, also providing them with a total marketing package including a website and social media pages. For the past two years she's focused on designing WordPress sites for her clients, providing them with an affordable content management system and a professional, SEO friendly site.  When it's completed, she provides one-on-one training to make sure that clients can update the sites themselves.             Jen Swartz, Your Insurance Chick, began back in 2001 after her mom was hit by a truck walking across the street. For the next 4 years, Jen spent her time advocating BCBS to make sure the health insurance company paid her mother’s care what should be paid, not just what they wanted to pay in claims. Many people began to hire her as their claims advocate, with much success.

             In 2006, Jen became a licensed independent agent, seeing another need her clients could be helped by – saving them money by simply being on their side and knowing the insurance “system”. In the last 5 years, Jen has grown Diamond Services to be a full service independent insurance advocacy company.
