Spirit Rising, founded by Paula Richards, is dedicated to empowering people to believe in themselves and expand their vision of what is possible in their life.

I believe that, within each of us, there is something that yearns to be expressed; a unique passion or talent that would bring great joy to us and to the world. Allowing ourselves to playfully explore new avenues can open the door to our deepest desires and our greatest gifts.

Through a series of workshops, you will be encouraged to rise to new heights of self expression and creativity and, if you don't already know it, discover just how wonderful you are! Each workshop is unique and may include elements of art, motivational speaking, giggling, music, writing, group discussion, playing, meditating, listening, spontaneous joy, and MORE!
